where you can relax and rejuvenate with a customized massage, according to your pressure preference, and the modalities of your best interest of your muscles. Abby does a mix modality of massage applications including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Chinese Cranial Sacral, Energetic Modalities, Orthobionomy, Tuning Fork, Cupping and Foot Reflexology. All modalities can be mixed during any treatment of time desired. This is what I call customized or integrative bodywork
Customized Deep Tissue
This includes Neuro-muscular, Trigger point, Myo-fascial Release, and Deep Swedish. You can learn all about each modality on my service page. Its important to work out the adhesion’s (knots) and trigger points (strained painful points) and pain in our tissues. I believe a painful massage doesn’t create the experience we are actually desiring. I use a tuning fork to discharge any pain around a trigger point. This is included and utilized during all massages. I also bring a crystal infra red heating mat comes with all of your sessions unless you are pregnant.
Customized Relaxation Massage
This helps with inflammatory, grounding, calming nervous system, stress relief, and loosening up muscles.
The techniques included in a relaxation massage are Swedish, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, lightwork, and Orthobionomy. You can learn all about each modality on my service page. All the techniques can be used but may not be used if not desired or not needed for the body to attain its optimum state. This is usually done with organic oils but can also be done with clothing on without any oils. All massages include a crystal infra bed mat that has jade and black tourmaline in it.
Customized Body Balance
This is a full body balance technique that I have designed for your optimum holistic health. This includes gentle techniques including Cranial Sacral, Visceral, and Reflexology. If pranic energy is needed or desired in these sessions it can be integrated too. Visceral is working with the organs and allowing the body to release any blockages or traumas or scar tissue that may be causing discomfort for you. All sessions are done on a crystal infrared mat.The visceral massage work I do is on the core organs and there is no reproductive organs worked on except on wombs for females from abortion, birth, and menstruation related traumas.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage is typically done for people who have had surgery of some kind whether that means you had liposuction or had something replaced or repaired. You will generally have swelling and how much and how long it will last greatly depends on what you had done and how your body responds to healing. Which can depend on what medicines, foods, and your genetics. How long a session or how many sessions can greatly differ based on each individuals body.
